New Service Gives Pavlov Increased Internet Capabilities

CHAMPAIGN, IL, May 23, 2007 - AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) announced today that Pavlov Media, a nationwide triple-play communications and technology provider, has signed a multi-year contract with AT&T for Managed Ethernet Access Service.

Pavlov, which delivers customized offerings of high-speed Internet services, digital video entertainment, and telephone services to multiple dwelling units (MDUs), will use the new high-capacity network to economically and easily allocate bandwidth on-demand to its customers.

AT&T's Managed Ethernet service provides Pavlov with a simple and economical way to allocate fluctuating demands for bandwidth. This capability enables the company to route network traffic and increase or decrease the amount of bandwidth needed at any time. In addition, AT&T provides end-to-end network management, around-the-clock customer support, technical assistance and proactive monitoring of network performance.
