Pavlov Media acquires Data-Tel Solutions

Pavlov Media acquires Data-Tel Solutions, a provider of city wide wireless services.

CHAMPAIGN, Ill., August 18, 2006 — Pavlov Media announces today that it has completed the acquisition of Data-Tel Solutions, Inc., a diverse wireless ISP serving residential, Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU), and hotel markets in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Included under the umbrella of Data-Tel Solutions is its Champaign, IL based Sky Networks wireless network and services.

With the addition of Data-Tel Solutions, Pavlov Media gains a valuable network footprint and an engineering team who have been building wireless networks for over eight years.
