At Pavlov Media we aim to build Simply Exceptional Connections and our property management technology is a perfect example of that effort.

MyProperties is a Pavlov Media-designed resident account management portal with new features.  We’ve improved several features Pavlov Media has provided in the past in the resident management system. For example, you’ll find it easier to send messages to your residents.  You can use MyProperties to let residents know they are behind in rent.  It even lets you disconnect Internet service if they fail to pay.

Other features of MyProperties include reporting, data usage (you can see how much data your property is using) and a nice dashboard for your system.

Applications include Registration Wizard and MyAccount.  Registration Wizard lets your residents fill out a simple questionnaire and they have their Internet service up and running, typically in less than 60 seconds.  MyAccount is a tool that let’s your residents manage the details of their service.
