Assistant Store Manager

Position Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for fulfilling support and service needs for our customers. Candidates will need to have strong listening and problem-solving skills. The Assistant Store Manager will interact with customers on the phone and in person, so a positive and friendly attitude is critical. This position is an entry level management position with advancement opportunities available to highly motivated individuals. This is a full-time position.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Ordering parts - sourcing from various vendors
    • Quoting customers on systems and parts
    • Determining what parts to stock – adhere to pricing model
    • Training staff on procedures – writing policy & procedures
    • Greet customers in person and address their needs
    • Take in computers for repair/service – Advise customers
    • Help customers decide what hardware to purchase
    • Manage in-store staff and establish work schedules
    • Replace products that are sold on the retail floor
    • Financial transactions
    • Light technical work when not helping customers
    • Assist other departments as available

    • 2+ years of customer service
    • 2+ years computer hardware and software experience
    • Previous sales experience a plus
