Business Process Engineer

Position Summary:

The Business Process Engineer will work with a variety of Pavlov Media’s departments and will drive cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s operations. This position will help achieve corporate business goals and objectives by devising creative solutions and innovative ideas, creating supporting documentation and coordinating applications development work. The business process engineer will facilitate and support these initiatives from inception to completion.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Study current organization processes and workflows to uncover improvement opportunities
    • Identify discrete operational centers and develop cross-functional workflows, leveraging the company’s ERP system
    • Develop and track KPIs for departments/operational centers
    • Initiate and lead cross-functional projects to support business process optimization
    • Set and manage priorities judiciously
    • Participate in Corporate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client service, efficiency, and profitability
    • Participate in selected inter-departmental meetings, conferences, conference calls, and planning
    • Report weekly on tasks completed and in progress
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
    • Must have a working knowledge of IT Systems
    • Must have a working knowledge of CRM/ERP processes
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio, and Project Management software
    • Experience with Time/Project tracking solutions
    • Experience in the Telecommunication industry is a plus
