Director - Information Technology

The Director of Information Technology will provide vision and leadership in the development and implementation of the company-wide technology initiatives. As Director Information Technology you will work closely with all departments to provide solutions that are suited to company need while aligning the solutions with business goals and budget. An ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems including ERP, application development, data warehousing, business intelligence, infrastructure, network and telephony, and service delivery.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Participate in leadership team to develop and deploy long- and short-term information technology strategy and detailed plans that deliver quality solutions to the organization consistently on time and on budget
    • Work with the Executive Vice President of Information Technology to determine and execute the technology road map
    • Initiate and sponsor major information technology projects
    • Build and maintain a strong IT team
    • Use external vendors to assist our internal staff through our growth
    • Keep current on information and technology and translate that knowledge into the strategic direction of our products and services
    • Ensure systems security
    • Ensure precise, consistent and timely communications with the users and Pavlov Media leadership
    • Accepts being accountable and responsible in work practices and expectations
    • Delivers what is promised
    • Set and manage priorities judiciously
    • Participates in Corporate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client service, efficiency, and profitability
    • Participates in selected inter departmental meetings, conferences, conference calls, and planning
    • Communicates effectively with others with clarity and transparency
    • Innovative critical and creative thinking to evaluate and solve work and customer issues
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • B.A. recommended or equivalent work experience
    • Proven history of Information Technology leadership
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio
    • 5+ years of IT Management
    • Experience with ERP and CRM system development and implementation
    • Demonstrated success in leveraging technology to deliver information technology solutions
    • Experience in the Telecommunications industry is a plus
