The Information Technology Manager supervises the MIS department and is responsible for managing computer systems and software, oversees both hardware and software implementation and administration, and maintains server and endpoint connectivity.

  • Identifying and executing improvements and updates to software and systems
  • Developing and implementing IT policy and best practices for the organization
  • Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
  • Acts as the top level internal escalation point for MIS team members
  • Build and support a strong internal team
  • Provide direction to MIS team members
  • Keep current on information and technology and translate that knowledge in to the strategic direction of company systems
  • Ensure system security
  • Ensure precise, consistent and timely communications with the users and Pavlov Media leadership
  • Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement
  • Accountable and responsible in work practices and expectations
  • Set, manage and meet goals and deadlines
  • Participate in corporate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client services, efficiency and profitability
  • Participates in selected inter-departmental meetings, conferences, conference calls and planning

  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • BA Degree recommended or equivalent work experience
  • Proven history if Information Technology Administration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio
  • 5+ years for IT Administration and Management
  • Experience with server, storage, networking and virtualization system implementation and administration
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging technology to deliver information technology solutions
  • Experience with Citrix XEN Server and StarWind virtual san a plus
