Sales Project Coordinator

As a supporting member of the sales team, plans and executes projects and accounts; acts as the project liaison for the department; helps identify and develop new and expanded business opportunities to achieve the sales plan through effective client and team partnerships. Assists in coordinator projects involving engineering and sales and coordinating scheduling.

  • Coordinate proposal writing with regional sales VP’s
  • Coordinate projects in engineering
  • Assist in schedule keeping and schedule planning
  • Communicate with sales team – handle process for delivering engineering quotes (scan, etc.)
  • Track project status and regularly report out to engineering team
  • Participates in new business identification efforts in order to assist in achieving sales plan
  • Supports the sales team in the collection and analysis of opportunities
  • Developing and executing efficient project processes; creating reports and custom lists as necessary
  • Proposal creation/solution development creating client presentation
  • Planning and supporting sales and marketing events, and conducting research on client organizations, local markets, competitors and market trends
  • Coordination and follow up related to marketing campaigns


  • Project management and customer service experience
  • Knowledge of sales/management techniques and processes
  • Candidates must be creative and strategic thinkers, who have demonstrated excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills (oral, written, presentation, listening)
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Excellent organization follow through, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint, and CRM


  • BA Degree (Business, Communications, Marketing, or English)
